Timothy Yang is a CPA with 20 years of finance experience across Australia’s not-for-profit, NDIS, aged care, childcare, and SME sectors. He has held senior finance leadership roles, including Head of Finance, where he has built finance functions from the ground up, led audits, managed regulatory compliance, and provided strategic financial insight to boards and executive teams.
Timothy founded Professional Financelink with a clear purpose: to provide growing organisations with access to senior finance expertise, without the cost and complexity of a full-time hire. He brings strong technical capability together with a practical understanding of the operational demands faced by care providers, community organisations, and purpose-driven businesses.
Timothy takes a hands-on approach to AI and finance automation. Rather than advising on systems alone, he builds and implements them. From automated payroll reconciliation tools to AI-driven reporting workflows, he is actively shaping how outsourced finance can better support modern Australian organisations.
